Following the account conversion on December 1, SJVCFCU online banking services will be limited. No account transactions will be possible through online banking (Perfect Teller) or bill pay (E-Z Pay).  You will, however, be able to view account balances and history. For assistance, please call your Three Rivers branch at 269-279-7444.

If you were enrolled in SJVCFCU's online banking, you will automatically be enrolled for KCFCU's online banking. This service is availble for you to use as of December 1. Please follow these steps to get started:

  • Go to www.kelloggcfcu.org
  • Enter your new 6-digit KCFCU member number in the online banking box 
  • Use the last 4 digits of the primary account holders social security number as your password
  • Follow the prompts to set up your secure access to the site (one time only)

If you’d like to see a product demo for online banking or bill pay, please visit the our website homepage at www.kelloggcfcu.org. If you are not currently a bill pay user, you may want to consider using this convenient service which provides FREE 24/7 access to your account (you can pay up to 13 bills per month at no charge). Co-Browse Support Option for Online Banking

For your convenience, we offer a free co-browser support option that allows a KCFCU staff member to share a browser window with you. This allows us to see exactly what you see and provide assistance, as well as troubleshoot issues. You can request a co-browse session via a link within online banking.
