Address change Request
Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union is committed to providing its members with the highest level of service and security. In keeping with this objective, KCFCU enhanced its change of address procedures as a means to prevent unauthorized changes of address. Keeping member addresses current with KCFCU is important as it ensures accurate delivery of notices.
The new procedures contain these protections:
KCFCU will validate the identity of all member's requesting an address change .
Address changes must be done in writing. Each member whose address is changing will be required to sign the appropriate form. Please print the form below and mail it or fax it as detailed below. You may also bring it to any of our KCFCU branches.
