
KCFCU offers CALL-24, a convenient audio response phone service which allows you to obtain account information and make transactions from the comfort of your home, car or office. It also allows you to conduct credit union business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
For your convenience you may also transfer between other KCFCU accounts, by completing the appropriate section of the application and returning it to the credit union. When you use CALL-24, you will need to know the account number and suffix for each account that you wish to access. A suffix is the two numbers following your account number, which designates a particular section of your account (i.e. checking, saving, etc.)
When prompted to enter a suffix number, the system will automatically list the available suffixes on your particular account. A list of credit union suffixes are provided below.

To maintain the security of your accounts, each account will be issued it's own Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the primary account holder to use. If you haven't already been issued a PIN, it will be the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number. Once you have access to CALL-24, you may select a PIN of your choice. Please allow two weeks for processing and mail time. For your convenience, your CALL-24 PIN will also provide you with initial access to register for our Online Banking program. If you cancel access to CALL-24, this does not automatically cancel access to Online Banking.
