
KCFCU's free e-Statement notices are delivered right to your e-mail inbox and offer you a fast and easy solution for viewing your monthly/quarterly account statement. Enjoy 24/7 access to your KCFCU e-Statements, as well as a 4-month archive of past e-Statements. You also have the ability to view, print and save your e-Statements. When you elect to receive e-Statement notices, you no longer receive paper notices, and you must keep your e-mail address current in order to receive e-Statement notices.
To sign up to receive statement notices electronically, please complete the following steps below:
*Note: For your convenience, your CALL-24 PIN is also your password for Online Banking. If you have not yet been assigned a CALL-24 PIN, contact a Member Service Representative at 269.968.9251 or 800.854.5421, or e-mail us at contactus@kelloggcfcu.org.
You must keep your e-mail address current to receive e-Statement notices. You can change/update your e-mail address by logging into your account inside Online Banking. Click on the "User Options" tab on the navigation bar within Online Banking, and then click on "E-Mail Address," type in new e-mail address and click on "Change E-Mail Address."
