Mobile Banking

KCFCU is pleased to announce that you can now stay in touch with your finances using your mobile phone or device for free*. KCFCU's secure Mobile Banking is a quick and user friendly browser application that allows you to:

  • Review account balances and history
  • Schedule loan payments
  • View cleared checks 
  • Find KCFCU locations and branch hours
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills with Bill Pay Check KCFCU's rates
  • Locate ATMs
  • Contact KCFCU

To access Mobile Banking from your mobile phone or device simply go to http://m.kelloggcfcu.org

If you use Online Banking from your mobile phone or device you will be prompted to answer your MFA security questions.  Once you do so successfully, you will be directed to your account summary screen.  At the very top of this screen you will find "Add Extra Security to this Device?", if you click this link you will no longer be asked your MFA questions when you log-in.

New iPhone App

Members now have another way to access their accounts 24/7 with our new iPhone app. The free KCFCU iPhone app is now available to download from the iTunes store. The app allows you to check balances, transfer funds, and pay bills through online banking, get current rates, find branch and ATM locations as well as branch hours. The Droid app will be available in 2012.

Text Banking

Text Banking is a secure and efficient way to stay in touch with your finances. The Text Banking application allows you to quickly check account balances and history for free* with just a few short key strokes. Before you can use KCFCU's Text Banking service you will need to register your mobile device, which is fast and simple to do. When registering please remember to use your normal Online Banking member number and password. Click here to get started!

Instructions on how to register

To retrieve account information, text one of the following commands to 21443:
kcfcu bal       Balances in your checking and savings.
kcfcu cmd     List of valid commands.
kcfcu help     Support information.
kcfcu hist       Last 3 transactions in your checking & savings.
kcfcu stop      Unregister your device.

If you experience issues when trying to use Text Banking or your phone is not set up for SMS there is an alternate option.The dial in number is 866-839-3583, once you dial in you will be asked to enter your pin number and then you will receive a text or email message at your original set up destination with your chosen contents.
